Service-Learning: a dynamic teaching strategy that bridges classroom education with real-world community action. By collaborating directly with local agencies, students apply their academic knowledge to drive meaningful, real-world change. Based on an established theoretical model of academic motivation, this study investigates how Service-Learning enhances the learning climate across diverse academic disciplines. Ultimately, it demonstrates how hands-on civic engagement boosts student motivation while delivering tangible benefits to the local community.
